Supplement Subscription
We offer a generous 5% discount if you set up your supplements on monthly subscription. Highly recommended because it’s the WORST when you run out of these formulas, because you’ll feel a huge difference when you’re not on them. You can cancel your subscription at any time, please cancel before your next order is processed as we cannot accept returns once the product has left our warehouse.

Out of reference laboratory reference range results will be indicated on the official lab result form provided by Diane Kazer from a State Certified Laboratory to the undersigned. This information is not intended to, cannot, and should not be expected to substitute for a personal consultation with your own physician. Further, the undersigned releases Diane Kazer, referring health practitioners, her lab partners, her independent representatives, associates and affiliates from any and all liability for any failure to identify any medical condition or disease. It is understood and agreed that this is not the purpose of their services.
Labs Refund Policy
If you make a mistake collecting stool, hair and urine specimens, etc., or if the lab refuses to accept specimens because of a mistake you made, a free replacement test kit will be provided to you. Please call the office before discarding any specimens collected. Otherwise, once test kits are in your possession, they may not be returned and no refunds are allowed for any test kits due to safety, hygiene and accuracy concerns.
Every effort has been made to keep costs down as low as possible for you! Because of this and the fee structure, there are NO REFUNDS issued on payments made to Diane for her partnerships and programs, once access has been granted and agreements signed. Further, once the first payment has been made to Diane Kazer for partnership, the client agrees to pay for every month thereafter for the term. There will be a $50 fee for every payment more than 5 days late. Included in the price of each partnership is a $500 account set up fee.
