Let's talk $hit for a moment. LOL seriously!
I think it's time I start addressing the constipation in our life.

Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 1 lemon with pith still on the white stuff in between the fruit and skin
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp ginger powder (or small nub, app ¼ inch)
- 2 dashes cayenne
- Stevia to taste
