We offer a generous 5% discount if you set up your supplements on monthly subscription. Highly recommended because it’s the WORST when you run out of these formulas, because you’ll feel a huge difference when you’re not on them.
Where do you ship?
Currently, we only ship within the United States.
What are your ship costs?
$8 per order for orders under $150
FREE for orders over $150
How long will it take to receive my order?
Ship times are 3-5 business days, from date of fulfillment. Cut off times for same day fulfillment is 11am Pacific time.
What is your return policy?
Due to COVID, we are currently unable to accept returns. We are willing to bet that’s an irrelevant question anyway, because you’re going to LOVE your CHI products.
Where is my Package? Didn’t receive your order?
After you placed your order, you will have received an order receipt, and once shipped a separate email with shipment confirmation and tracking info. If you did not, please check your spam. If you have not received your order within 5 business days please contact us by email – firstname.lastname@example.org, so we can let you know of your order status.
How do I Change or Cancel My Order?

We're happy to process a return for products that are unopened, non-heat sensitive/non-perishable and have been purchased within the last 30 days. You'll need to contact our Customer Success team for an RMA number, as well as the return address information, which can vary depending on the product(s) you are returning from your order.
RMA numbers are how our warehouse tracks and identifies the returns, and aids in processing your refund. Items shipped back to our warehouse without an RMA number often cannot be traced back to the shipper. To ensure your return is processed, always reach out to Customer Success for an RMA number and clearly write this number on the outside of the return shipment.

Return Processing Times
Returns must be processed by our warehouse before refunds can be applied, which can take 1-3 weeks once received. You'll receive an email confirming your refund once it has been completed.
We'll apply the refund to your original method of payment once your return has been processed. Depending on your bank, it may take 3-5 business days for the funds to be reflected in your account once your refund has been applied.
Return Shipping Labels We do not provide return shipping labels for product returns, however, we will issue a full refund for the product cost and waive all restocking fees.
