DEAR SANTA, PLEASE let this Christmas be an Emergency Room Free one!My family is a bunch of characters…over the last 10 years (I'm not exaggerating), someone has gotten sick, nearly died, or gotten hurt. In fact, I don't think we've had a ‘normal' Christmas since I was a little girl (or that I can remember). Last year, my parents thought it would be a good idea to get a flu shot the week before Christmas, and I had to play nurse as they both were violently ill ON Christmas day. We didn't open presents, didn't raise any glasses, no loving hugs…well, unless you count my folks and the toilet bowl.
Anyway, in light of the craziness that this holiday season can elicit for many of us, I thought I would give you the gift of humor, sarcasm and education all wrapped into 1 email! 🙂 I'm pretty sure you're gonna like this one…and be able to relate to it. I used to get sick like clockwork every quarter when the flu and colds got passed around. Thanks to the knowledge I share with you in this watch, I haven't been sick in 2 years! JOIN ME? #1 tip- If you avoid ballooning up and draining your energy during the holidays, eat carbs and cookies BEFORE greens! You’ll be able to kill your sweet cravings first so you can enjoy the nutritious food. As long as you are eating both, it doesn’t matter in what order! If you think about it, eating the greens after will actually cancel out the effects of the bad foods! 😉

#2 tip– Due to the busy holiday time, make sure to start every morning with coffee! #3 tip–Don't worry about sleep until 2015 With all the holiday parties, good food, and excitement running rampant, sleep can be put on the back burner. The more time you are awake, the more you can partake in! All the good stuff happens late in the night, so work on staying up later and then sleeping until noon! Bonus if you can pull a few all nighters before the new year!
