Coffee Enemas


Since I created this blog post and video series years ago, I've received many questions and a FLOOD of successful outcomes within my practice from clients who have implemented both Coffee Enemas and Hydro-colontherapy for top notch, Superhuman cleansing strategies in their routine wellness protocol.  You can VIEW THAT ARTICLE HERE.  Ok now, onto talking some more $hit.

It's 6:30am, the year 2020. Imagine driving up to Starbucks in the morning and ordering an Organic Coffee to go.  Not to drink, but to pour into your bucket for a refreshing, cleansing coffee enema.  Something that today sounds ABSURD, to which many reply with ‘You do what?'  Our society perceives pooping and farting as something soooo embarrassing and disgusting, when really it's part of our God given operations manual, in short, it's our Garbage Disposal.  Yet, about 90% of Americans and Europeans are having some form of difficulty related to the colon…Gas, bloating, pain in the abdomen, are quite common now, with constipation being quite high as 20% of us suffer from it.

So, here's the skinny…or maybe more like the fatty: We SHOULD BE pooping at 1-2 times per day or ideally after every meal, but today, the average person goes every OTHER day.  Here's how my pun applies…When our bodies are unable to rid of toxins at the same rate we're absorbing them, our liver gets bogged down, and once it's so full and can't house nor filter out any more, they spill out into surrounding visceral fat to house the toxins.  We even make more fat if there's not enough occupancy to house them…that's where they're stored, in fat, of which 90% of your nervous system is comprised of…Could this be the potential source of the pain you've been suffering from for years?  Ok, it helps to think of the liver like a sponge.  When we're born it's a brand new sponge…as we age, it's job burdens increase, (HEY, kinda like your job) and over time, it's working overtime and is exhausted. Imagine the sponge on your sink the day you observe it's time to trash it and bust out a new one, since it's so dirty, dark and smelly, it can no longer soak up the junk on your counter.  Yep, that's your liver. We are exposed to over 80,000 chemicals on a day to day basis, only 250 of which have been tested for safety, so at this point it may seem like an obvious answer to a seeming rhetorical question:

Am I a good candidate for Coffee Enemas?

And also, after you get the hang of it, they only take 15 minutes.  Since, blood circulates through the liver every 3 minutes, we're encouraged to hold each enema for at least 12 minutes in order to support a full cycle of dialysis. This process allows & encourages the excretion of dead cancer cells and other toxic products from blood across the colonic wall.  After I assemble my kit in my bathroom, lay out my yoga mat, covered with a towel I don't care to spill on (rarely happens, but esp if it's your first time), put a couple pillows down, and insert it into ‘me bum', I lay back, and chill out … 5 minutes on my back, switch over to my right to stimulate my ascending colon, then the last 5 minutes on my left (descending colon).  I use my iphone as a timer to tell me when to switch all the while reading on my ipad and responding to texts and emails from YOU!  🙂  It may sound crazy, but this process will soon become as simple and user friendly as chilling out on the couch!  30 minutes for your first time, then 20 minutes by your 3rd or 5th time when you're a pro.  DONE!

My own evolution toward & testimonial of Coffee Enemas:

I did my first Colon Hydrotherapy session a little over a year ago, at the time I'm writing this; it was Fall of 2011.  I was a bit nervous, but I'm always open to trying new things, especially if they benefit my health, and I can learn for my clients… so in I went with my Groupon and a smiling, clueless face.  45 minutes later and many pushes, I was done and out the door.  I tipped the helpful hydrotherapist, $15 as a regular session is around $75.   I felt GREAT!  My tummy was flatter, symptoms above pertained to the T, and for a few days I had energy….until my toxic load had increased again with my exposure to chemicals.  Mind you, I eat probably cleaner than 95% of people I know, including using natural personal care products, exercising daily, getting out in nature, minimizing stress, drinking highly filtered water (I love my Berkey – of course, I hooked up our Warrior tribe with a discount, through THIS LINK).

SIDE NOTE:  I see my hydrocolon therapist for routine deeper cleansing (IMPORTANT: you want a ‘closed' system) every 2-3 months, as that 45 min is like a deeper ‘spring cleaning' with the equivalent of about 15 enemas in terms of water and deeper drudging.  This gives you more money to spend on healthy liver & colon HERBS and yummy, organic foods!
